Ummah Educational & Welfare Trust is a registered non profitable charitable established with a great thought and vision for upliftment of the downtrodden, educationally backward & weaker section of the society.

The saying that the service to mankind is one of the best form of worship has been a cordial principle of all the religious universally and being inspired by the prophetic word.

“Seek knowledge from cradle to the grave”

The trust “Ummah Educational & Welfare Trust” bearing registration no. 503/1628 (Indian Trust Act) came into existence in the year 2001 under the guidance of great scholar of India Hazrat Maulana Gulam Mohammed Wastanvi Sahab-Director & Rector of Jamia Ishatul Uloom,Akkalkua Maharastra & industrialist Haji Ibrahim Dada Sahab,Gujrat - with the objectives to uplift the Ummah Educationally, economically ,socially & morally. The trust consists of Ulemas, intellectuals Technocrat, Doctors and Lawyers headed by renowned Ulema of Odisha. Hazrat Mounala  Md.Farooque Quasmi.(Director: JAU, Kendrapara).

The trust is also registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) & NGO partnership system under Govt. of India, unique ID no. OR/2010/0030523. The income of the trust is exempted u/s 12A of income tax act 1956.

 

Alhamdulillah. All the praise and thanks to Almighty ALLAH, the lord of Alameen (Mankind, Jinns and all that exists) and blessing of Allah be upon Muhammad (PBUH) the last and final prophet of Allah. It gives me immense pleasure to put forward the Activity Report of the Ummah Educational & Welfare Trust, Rourkela, Dist. Sundargarh Odisha, India.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH MOST GRACIOUS, MOST MERCIFUL

 

            UEWT, ROURKELA is a registered not profitable public charitable Trust established in 2001 in a remote town known as Bisra which lies on the borders of two states i.e. Odisha &Jharkhand. Initially at the time of establishment only few students were gaining education, but at present, I consider myself very fortunate to announce, that in a short span of time, this organization, today has 1950 Students. “A small seed has grown into a huge tree with a sole aim of human resource development”

                      To summarize the present expansion and achievements towards social commitment by UEWT, I would like to mention that presently under the guidance and mentoring of our able faculties, 1550 students are studying in different campuses. With an aim to keep pace with time, Ummah Educational & Welfare Trust (UEWT), is rendering humanitarian Services & has also established various institutions of modern education & industrial training.

             The fact is that the progress and growth of any organization is proportionate to the financial soundness. It is well understood that our progress and growth is also only due to the continuous help, Co-operation, and donation from our well-wishers and donors.

            As you are well aware, we have utilized all the funds and other resources in an appropriate way towards the overall development of the society. Our aim is to develop a world class infrastructure and to recruit competent technically skilled & well educated staff to manage all the activities with sincerity and absolute dedication to accomplish the total Quality management.

            We are still in the middle of our journey and we have to move forward to achieve our goals so, I urge upon you to use each day and every moment to build a strengthen us with your contribution, social, moral, intellectual and material support at the earliest opportunity.

INTRODUCTION

 

The Ummah Educational & Welfare Trust, Old Station Road, Rourkela,P.S. Plantsite, Dist-Sundargarh having its branch office at A.H.Girls’ School Complex, Aashiyana Colony,Bisra,P.S.Bisra, Dist.-Sundargarh was established in 2001 . The Trust is a voluntary, non-profit,& charitable Organization working towards upliftment of  Poor & Downtrodden Children ,Women & Youths by means of providing them Food, healthcare, Shelter& quality Education .

Registrations:

  1. The Trust is registered under Indian Trust Act 1882 vide registration no. 503/1628.
  2. Registered in FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, Ministry of Home Affairs,Govt. of India) vide Regn. No. 105070076.
  3. The income of the Trust is Exempted under Sec 12A of income tax act vide letter no.CIT/SBP/12A/2007-08/2294.
  4. The income of the Trust is Exempted under Sec-80G of income Tax Act vide letter no.CIT(E)/HYD/220(03)/80G/2016-17
